Do not use glutathione if:
- You have had an allergic reaction to glutathione or to any component of the formulation.

Common side effects: headache, light-headedness, flushing, nausea, and fatigue, plus route-specific effects — nasal irritation, burning, dryness, congestion, sneezing, runny nose, nosebleed, or a temporary change in taste or smell. Nasal delivery avoids injection-site reactions entirely, but nasal and sinus irritation is more likely. Because the airway is directly involved, stop use and seek care right away for wheezing, chest tightness, or trouble breathing.
